Vancouver Open Practice is a shared community calendar for body and mind practices offered by experienced local facilitators. You’ll find yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and other grounding practices that support everyone.All offerings are free and open to everyone. Donations are welcome and support our facilitators and collective effort. Come as you are. No prior experience needed.This site is a simple, reliable place to find practices that support nervous system health, connection, and everyday well-being across multiple locations in the Vancouver area.Practices vary in style and energy. Some are quiet. Some are lively. Some just might end with cookies. All are rooted in care, presence, and accessibility.Check the calendar and join when it works for you.p.s.
